Energy Audit and Energy Efficiency


  The Federal Law No. 261-ФЗ”About energy saving and increase of energy efficiency and about filing of amendments to certain legal acts of the Russian Federation”stipulates work on energy saving. 
  TYPES OF WORKS:

  Energy audit (energy inspection) of establishments/ enterprises
  Energy inspection (energy audit) means collecting and handling of information on use of energy resources to get reliable information about volume of used energy, about energy efficiency indicators, finding of energy saving possibilities and increase of energy efficiency as well as entering the results into the energy passport. Audit can be both obligatory and on a voluntary basis.

  Purpose of carrying out energy audit (energy inspection) for an enterprise/ organization: 
  • Obtaining objective data on volume of used energy resources; 
  • Finding of energy efficiency indicators; 
  • Estimate of energy saving potential and increase of energy efficiency; 
  • Development of standard, accessible measures for energy saving and increase of energy efficiency as well as calculation of their cost.

 

  Results of carried-out works:

  • Technical report on the carried-out energy inspection of the facility; 
  • Recommendations concerning efficiency increase of fuel and energy recourses use with application of energy saving technologies and expenditure reduction on energy supply;

  • Energy passport of the facility. 

 

  Drawing up of an Energy Passport of the Enterprise, requirements to this document were established by the Order of the Russian Ministry of Energy on 19.04.2010, No. 182.

  The energy passport is a regulated normative document containing actual and recommended energy efficiency indicators according to the results of energy audit as well as an implementation program for saving the available reserve of energy resources.
